RANDOM: Trying to find the Funny Face Cereal Bowl pictured in 'Babytalk' magazine!

Do you have the February issue of 'Babytalk' magazine??
Can you please help me find the Funny Face Cereal Bowl??
It is so cute!! :)

Look on page 77 of the February 2006 issue of 'Babytalk'
magazine.

Do you see the hot pink cereal bowl with the cute little
face on the side of the bowl? I love how the nose is
actually 3-dimensional and sticks out from the bowl. :)

I've aleady sent an email to 'Babytalk' asking them about
the bowl too.

We got a couple of these as a gift.. They're cute, and the suction cups come in handy, but you can't immerse the outer bowl (the animal part) in water, so that kind of stinks.

everyone the bowl.

Here's a lead for you. Not the exact item, but this has to be the same manufacturer. He's in China, but maybe (with a big question mark) he could provide some info. as to retailers in the US?

ETA: I think you seriously need to start your own website called "As Seen In..." or something like that. You could hunt down the info. of all the cute stuff in the magazines and post it there for people like yourself. ;)

I should start a website for crazy, obsessed moms like
myself who want to find the cute little cereal bowl featured
in a magazine!! :)
It absolutely drives me crazy when magazines don't list
the information on where to buy an item.
And, I always email the magazine or call them but no
one ever seems to know anything! That is also frustrating!!

I am always so amazed and impressed by the knowledge and
researching skills of the Baby Bargains moms!! You guys know EVERYTHING!! :)

I have exact same bowl right here in front of me. If you have trouble finding it, let me know. I will mail it out to you.

I bought this at BigLots a couple of years ago. Recently I have seen them at SaveMart SuperMarkets for 99cents.

Once again, if you cannot find it, I can ship out mine to you.

The problem is a lot of the time, the items shown in pictures are just props the freelance photographers use, so the magazines have no record of what they are. You'd think they'd realize the selling power behind having a picture in a national magazine though and ask the photographer for that kind of info!

Lucky magazine (fashion) always lists where to find everything, and they back it up by email too. Maybe you should start a baby web site for all these things!

Have you checked the back of the magazine? Usually they list where something came from with the page #. Also sometimes on that page in very tiny print where the pages staple in there is a store or website showing where to get the item on the page. Good luck getting them, they are so cute!

I always check the shopping guide in the back and no
luck in the guide.

Then, I always search the spine where all the pages
are sealed to find any information.
No luck there either!

Thanks for the suggestions though!! I tore that magazine
apart trying to find anything about that bowl!!! :)
