One of the stampers for my DD's Doodle Pro has been missing for a few weeks, and I've started to think that it's unrecoverable and better to just replace it. I checked out the "replacement part" section of the FP website, but they didn't have much listed there, and my attempts to find an email address to send a note were futile. I couldn't find one anywhere.

Is calling the toll-free number my best bet?

Probably, though their replacement parts tend to be expensive after shipping (IMO). You usually can't just buy, say, one stamper but must buy the entire set. The one time something went missing from one of our FP sets, I decided not to replace because the small part (with shipping) cost about half as much as replacing the whole thing (which I didn't do either).

I would atleast call and find out. I called and complained once about our little mommy dolls outfit and since they didnt have replaements at that time they send a refund check to get a new doll. They were extrememly helpful.
