Our city just announced that the city water is over the limit for fluoride - it's at 2.04 parts per billion and the limit is 2.00. Our son just turned 2 and has started drinking lots more water, juice made with water, and food cooked with water. I don't want to get too worked up about it since it's not that far over the limit, but my sister has mottled teeth from fluorisis/over-fluoridation in the water when we were kids so I know what can happen. I looked at water filtration systems at Target the other day but none specifically said that it removed fluoride. I was hoping someone here could recommend a filter that removes fluoride. I did a search but the only threads I could find were about adding fluoride!
Thanks,
Jenny

I looked into this about a year ago and the only ones I found that did were reverse osmosis. I don't know about anything updated right now, maybe ask around at Lowe's or Home depot?
