Who makes The Learning Tower??

I have seen advertisements that state that it is made by Guidecraft and by a company called Little Partners. Does anyone know if there is a difference, or is there more than one Learning Tower?

Just found this statement on a website selling the Learning Tower- "Manufactured by LITTLE PARTNERS (formerly distributed by GuideCraft USA)."

My guess would be that Little Partners partnered (heh!) with GuideCraft in order to get their product in the distribution channels, and now that it has really taken off they are handling distribution themselves.
