ride on for 12 mon old?

Can someone suggest a ride on for my son's 1st b-day? I like the idea of one you he can push, however we do have the haba push car which he is still a little young for. I want one that the front wheels swivel on, the haba doesn't. I am trying to decide if I should get one I can also push or if I should just get a wagon for that?
Any suggestions would help. And I don't want to spend more than about $70.

We have really enjoyed the tricycle with push bar. My daughter has also enjoyed her little radio flyer 4 wheel ride on.

Simple, easy, stable, will last forever, and so cheap you won't care if it gets stolen or you leave it at the park. We got one for 10 bucks off CL after DD loved her friend's.
