The BRU near me no longer carries the FP Sound n lights dual monitor, which was recommended in the Baby Bargains Book, but it looks like this is its replacement. Can anyone tell me whether it is any good?

I've been wondering the same thing. On Target.com it gets good reviews but I would love to have someone on here post some feedback. Someone else asked alst week and I don't think there was any response.

I don't have either monitor so I can't comment on how they work, but I just wanted to let you know that you can still get the Sounds n Lights dual monitor at babyage if you really want it. Here's the link: http://www.babyage.com/products/b9637_fisher-price_fisher-price_sounds_n_lights_monitor.htm

I have the FP sound n lights dual monitor and the FP long distance dual monitors. You might also want to look at the FP long distance monitor because it is similar to the sound n lights and the price is pretty good.

Just want to throw in my .02 and say that I hate the Sounds n lights monitor. The static is so annoying. The Sony Baby Call monitor is super quiet but also very sensitive. You hear the baby but not the static. http://tinyurl.com/oa7jc
