This is a web-based site where you can log sleep patterns, diapers, feeding, etc. It makes pretty graphs, too! Perfect for the anal-retentive mom-to-be.

This is an offshoot of one family's blog about their baby, at http://www.trixieupdate.com. You can see the graphs there. I'm not sure I would do this, but I do think it would be neat to see the evolving sleep patterns, nursing habits. There were times when Jonathan was itty-bitty and I was so tired that I couldn't remember if I was coming or going, and this would have been helpful.

Yep, I think someone told us about this in the feeding forum so I decided to sign up for the Beta test just for the heck of it. Since I have a toddler, I've only used the nursing and sleeping parts, but it's still pretty cool. The nice thing is that since I was a Beta Tester, he gave me a free subscription for a total of one year. :) I'm probably going to use it for my next baby, although I may not use all the parts. But when Kaya was young, I did keep track of her wet and poopy diapers, her nursing, and her sleep. It really helped me find patterns. Something like this should make it much easier for me to keep track. What I do like about it is that you can be as anal or not as you wish. It's really up to you. :)

I might have used this when DS was a newborn as I did have to track his intake and my pumping due to some failure to thrive issues, and although I did track his intake on a spreadsheet to calculate averages (and yes I actually did graphs on the computer too) it was too tedious to do continually...I tracked on paper and then entered the info in the spreadsheet periodically (like before doctor's appointments to review).

I found the babytracker by timetoo, www.timetoo.com helpful for my needs....still use it actually because I need to watch DS's food intake carefully.
