Calling Kettler Experts. Is this a good deal?

So I found a used kettler with a tandem insert, pushbar, seatbelts, basket and bell for $75.00. The owners tell me it is a Jumbo. I don't think it is a Jumbo, unless it is an older model and the newer ones are different. I've only seen pictures, but I will try to describe it. It has a seat similar to the navigator. It does not have a bucket, but it seems to have a hand brake. The owner said it has air tires, but I think he is confused as I don't see a gauge on the photo. The body of the trike is blue, the seats are red and the trims yellow. The center of the wheels is green with a yellow center. It also has a basket and bell.

Anyone have any ideas what model it might be? Also, is it a good deal price wise?

I am not 100% sure about the older models of the Air Jumbo but when we got ours 1.5 years ago the Air Jumbo would not take the tandem insert because it does not have the S frame. I am not sure about what type of frame the Non Air Jumbo has. It still sounds like a pretty good deal. If it does have the air tires it is a great deal.
