Amby Baby Hammock, Until what age?

Hi,
My DD is almost 10 months and she has been sleeping in the Amby baby Hammock. I talked to Amby and they said some babies sleep in them 18mo. even up to 2years. Is this realistic? Also, is it healthy for her spine, since it curves at the bottom? If Anyone using an Amby Hammock can share their experience and what did they transfer to, a toddler bed? We live in a 1 bedroom apartment so space is an issue, but of course, I want to make sure that she's safe and comfortable.

DD slept in the hammock until 15 months and transferred to a mattress and box-spring on the floor. She was getting heavy for a single spring; we could have added a spring, but somehow she seemed ready for a big bed. And she transitioned no problem except nearly a year later she still sometimes arches her back the way she used to to make the hammock bounce when she's going to sleep...
