How much room do I need for a swing set / fort like this one?

I have a small yard and wonder how much room I would need around something like this?

Any ideas on what size yard I would need? I so wish we had a bigger yard but we realy just have a small patch of grass and with 2 active boys something like this would be great for them.

did you look in their gallery? Here is a pic someone snet in to them ... doesn't look like they left much room to me.... they do say 6feet around the structure.... but I know a lot of people who didn't follow the reccomendation and have had no problems!
