almost 2-baby buggy or something else?

My DD is 19 months old and keeps getting sick, ear infection after ear infection. I take her to stores quite a bit and have been holding off on buying one of those things that fit into the shopping cart. Should I get the baby buggy or the floppy seat or something else now that my baby is almost 2????????? TIA!!

We still use our floppy at 2.5. Since that's the one we have I can't comment on the others but I'm sure others will chime in with recommendations.

We love ours and it makes the seat a little soft for those long trips around Target. :)
