Best playhouse for backyard?

Little Tikes? Step 2? Some other? What are your favorite brands and styles? Alos, is it necessary to put some sort of "floor" under them? thanks!

No need for a floor but the spot should be fairly flat. We got a log cabin (little tikes) from Craigslist and are happy with it. My DD loves to play in all of the ones we've seen, at other people's houses, her preschool playground, even in stores.
