I measured the distance between our chairs and the apron on our table, and I have 7 and 1/4" of room. I found a couple seats with measurements that sounded like they'd fit (Cooshie and another one I don't recall which were both 6-ish"), but there are some that don't say how tall they are, other than the entire height including the back, which I don't need to know. If it's convenient and you can measure the height of just the seat (and whether or not it's flat and DC's legs will add extra height), I would greatly appreciate it.
I like the Cooshie, but DS is into trying to stand up (he's 18 months) so not knowing when that phase will end, I'm not sure if it'll work for us yet.
