I bought Figurix based on Kathy's (kcimato) recommendation
and we LOVE it!

My sister and her step-son played it with us this weekend
and now, she is going to buy it too!! :)

Any other Ravensburger games that you really like???

Thanks!!

I seem to remember you mentioning another Ravensburger
game. Do you know the name of it??

The Figurix game has been a HUGE hit with my daughter! :)

I think the other game the toy store owner suggested was Ravebsburger's Race to the Attic. She likes that one and Figurex b/c you can change the boards around and the kids aren't memorizing where the things are.

This is probably Ravensburger's best-known game in our country, and it is great. I haven't tried the Junior or 3-D versions, but Amazing Labyrinth is terrific for kids and Master Labyrinth (out of print) is one of our favorite grown-up games.

We also have Laybrinth and love it. I don't know what age group you are looking for, but my mom bought Nature memory for our toddler. She loves the animal cards!

My daughter is 4.5 years old. Would she be able to play
the Amazing Labyrinth game??

Missy,

What age do you think could play the Amazing Labyrinth?

Carson is 4.5 years old so I'm thinking she would need
the Junior edition. Wouldn't you think so?

Yes, I think I'd go for the Junior version. Ravensburger lists the Amazing Labyrinth as ages 8 and up, and I'd say that's pretty accurate. The board shifts with each turn, and the Junior version has larger pieces that should be easier for younger kids to manipulate. Have fun!

My daugter likes Sanil's Pace Race. We also have Rivers, Roads and Rails which is a great family game.

Corie - I was just looking at the ravensburger website and came across the Enchanted Forest game. I swear this was the same game I played as a kid and I absolutely loved it! It was by far my favorite game. As soon as I saw the picture my heart jumped...corny, I know!! Just wanted to give another suggestion :)

Funny you mentioned this. I also had the Enchanted Forest game as a child, and it brought back memories to see it on their website. The game is still in excellent condition at my parents house, so I'm going to give it to DS when he's older.
