Does the seat/frame adjust on the air navigator so that it grows with your child? I know that the Air Happy has an adjustable frame but I've seen two different summaries on the Air Navigator features, one that says the frame is adjustable and one that says it's not. Also, do you wish you had the handbrake from the Air Happy? Trying to decide between the two for DS's birthday present. Thanks.
