Has anyone seen this?

I think it looks pretty awesome (huge and bulky yes) but I think it would save so much space not to have to buy both and it looks like it'd be a pretty comfy bouncy seat. I like the toys and mobile on the top too.
So what do you guys think? Worth the money? I think it retails for around $110-$120
