Update: DH called customer service, and they were nice. They said they'd send us a new motor free of charge. Hopefully it will come soon! (And I hope it is easy to replace this part...)

We bought a Graco Silhouette swing for DS when he was a month old. He's now 2.5 months and the swing squeaks when it the motor is running. It does not squeak when the motor is off and you manually swing the seat. DS is only 13 lbs and is not doing much except sitting/sleeping in the swing. New batteries does not seem to help the noise.
Is this normal? Is there an easy way to fix it? It sounds like we have a crazy bird trapped in the house when the swing is on. We'll probably call customer service, but I have to look around the house for the instruction manual.
