doll house recommendations?

My MIL is going to buy Amelia a doll house for her birthday. She wants to spend $100 or less and that has to include at least some of the furniture etc. It's okay if we have to buy other accessories over time but it can't come completely unfurnished at that price. Any suggestions?

I just saw a cute dollhouse at Target for $35. It was pretty small, but you might want to check it out.

I saw a dollhouse with furniture for $100 last night in a catalog called Toys to Grow On (ttgo.com). It looked like a great deal, but I can't speak for the quality since I haven't seen it in person.
