PNP sheets

Ok so do all PNP sheets fit all PNP's? Like the Graco ones. Do I need to get a sheet saver for these or is the mattress part waterproof? I read the manual but it didn't say, it actually didn't say alot. Also on the changer part should I put a pad on there or just use a disposable?

I would just use a pad on the changer. Better for the environment and softer for baby. I would just use a large prefold. Target had some quilted waterproof pads that I would lay down underneath those. I think they were Carters? The mattress part of the PNP is plastic covered and waterproof.
