Hi Ladies,
I just received my new red Tripp Trapp on Saturday and my 17month DD was so excited he kept climbing into the chair while I was trying to finish up the assembly. Needless to say, I didn't pay close attention to the instructions, but today I realized he really doesn't need the harness at all. I've managed to get the harness off the back of the seat, but I have no idea how to get the seatplate off (where the harness buckles into the seat). The instructions say "use a tool to remove the spring under the seatplate" but I've been messing around and just can't figure it out! I'm sure there's an easy solution - can anyone let me know what the trick is?
