Any experience/opinions on this PBK Cameron table + bench?

This table is only available online/catalog. I'm familiar with their stuff in general and have seen other Cameron pieces at the store, but I would love to hear opinions. The primary reason I am considering this one is space.

The height of the table seems a bit short to me, but I am thinking of repurposing it as a bench with baskets underneath when it is outgrown. Also, I would not get the cushion. Do you think the espresso is too dark? Most of our other furniture is dark, so that would match no matter where we put it, but I also like the honey color.

I do think the table height is short. It would work well for 2 year olds - by the time a child is 4 or so, I think it will be pretty small. But if you plan to use it as a bench, perhaps not. It seems like a cool idea!
