What are your favorite websites for buying engines, tracks, and other accessories? Specifically Thomas.

That's it. Thanks!

We have not grown our collection, but we LOVE the Geo Trak by FP. Grandma bought all they made the first year at a garage sale and they fill our living room. I lot my room to trains!

I've ordered online from www.creativetrains.com and www.kindertrains.com, but most of our stuff comes from AC Moore with the 40% off coupons.

We have mostly Thomas because of the coupons at AC Moore. I watch these boards, but haven't seen many deals that beat the 40-50% off coupons at Michaels/AC Moore. You just have to buy them one at a time. We got the big sets when there were 50% coupons and little items for 40%. Even clearance deals and free shipping seem to only be 30% or less. I read recently that the closer it gets to Christmas they put the Thomas on sale so you can't use the coupons (like last week when there was a 50% off).

When I can't find the train or set I want at Michaels with my coupon, I use one of two sites:

Free shipping over $30:
http://www.creativetrains.com/

Free (AND FAST) shipping over $45:
http://www.trainsgalore.com/

Michaels is on to us mamas! I have heard now that when the 40% coupons come out, the Thomas stuff goes on sale for 10-20% off so that it is excluded from the 40% deals. :(

www.creativetrains.com has been my go to spot for a lot of things.

I am eyeing some stuff on www.trainsgalore.com.

I think Santa is bring the "Ice cream Delivery Set" to T for Christmas. ;)

Trains Galore has some Thomas destinations for 40% and 30% off right now. For me 40% off with free shipping and no sales tax is better than 40% off locally with 8.9% sales tax.

Besides the two sites you mentioned, you might also want to check out TJ Maxx (if there is one by you). I have started to stop by ours when I am in the area and I have recently found the smelting yard, ice cream factory, and a couple others for $20-$25 each! They also have other Thomas items (like the DVD sets with a wooden rail train, Sights and Sounds play mat, lunch boxes, etc) for good prices.

Ebay!! Seriously, the prices for new trains there are often way better than creativetrains.com and other sites even with shipping.

FWIW, the Michael's by us has only put the Thomas stuff on sale when they have the 50% off coupons. The 40% off coupons are in the Sunday paper every week/every other week and we haven't had a problem using them. :)
