I know Im horrible...Can anyone help me find an ornament for......

'Our First Christmas' 2005? DH and I did not do a tree last year and now we are really regretting not ordering an 'our first christmas 2005' ornament anyone know where I can get some leftovers? (how horrible is that?)...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Last year before Christmas we were at the mall and my DH snuck into the Hallmark store and came back with a My First Christmas ornament for DD. Well, when I looked closely at it, it said 2004 not 2005. We all went back and got the correct year, but the SA told us they always sell prior year ornaments at a sale price. Good Luck!

Lenox.com has them (I was just there looking at something else) as do many of the other manufacturer's websites. I'm sure you could also look at the Hallmark ones. The bonus for being late is that you can get a really nice one for a great bargain now :)

LOL. The pps have given you good places to look but I just had to say that if you're horrible, then girl, SO AM I.

I totally forgot to get Peyton a baby's first Christmas ornament. And since I have one from birth up until I was about ten with the date on them, it was kinda important for me to do the same for him. So what I did was that since he loved animals at the time I just bought a Noah's Ark ornament after the fact and wrote the date on the back in a black Sharpee. What? He'll never know,lol.

Also, maybe try ebay?

The hallmark store should sell previous years' ornaments for a discounted price. I think I got some last year for 50% or 75% off.

There's a place in IN that's a Christmas outlet for Hallmark. If you still don't have onein about a month or so, I can probably swing by and pick one up for you as we should be moved by that time.

Check eBay! Just type in "first Christmas 2005" and tons of ornaments will show up.

I also had an ornament done for our family post dated to 2005 by Sweet Violets. Our DD was born in early December of 2005 and I didn't get one made....so I just had it made a few weeks ago.
