Railing at height for 2 y.o. DS - I can't remember where I've seen it!

Subject says it all - there is some contraption that does not put add'l holes in the wall but somehow attaches to the current railing so that a toddler can hold onto it while climbing/descending the stairs.

Please help!

We have it and while I love it, it does put holes in your wall. It attaches to your railing as well as the wall. It was a pain to install because we have a weird stair situation, but it was totally worth it.
