I wasn't sure where to post this.
Does anyone know what is going on with this site? I have 4 totes that I need for Christmas and there is a message on their site since August 8th about them announcing something in the "next few weeks" so they are not taking on-line orders. I even sent an email and I got some automated response from like back in July saying they are on vacation. I've called and the girl who answers just says she is the bookkeeper and knows nothing...not real good CS in my opinion. I really like their stuff but if they are not going to be available they should just say so.
