wheel town road, gas station, cars, etc from Hearthsong

It's road with cars and various accessories like a gas station, fire station, parking garage, etc. If you have it, do your DC like it? Is it worth the money? Seen it anywhere cheaper?

I'm thinking DS might like it for Christmas and that the grandparents might buy parts of it. . . .
DS will be 3 1/2 and doesn't love trains. He tends to prefer toys that are more related to his everyday life so I'm thinking the cars, etc might go over better.

It's Plan City from Plan toys. It's compatible with Brio train stuff too. We enjoy it!

You can get it at Constructive Playthings for $176, which isn't much cheaper but you get 4 buildings that aren't included in the Hearthsong combo.
