Easel for Three Year Old

My niece will be turning 3 in January. When I talked to my sister about Christmas presents, she mentioned that all Maddy does now is color. I can't buy $25 worth of crayons and coloring books so I thought I'd get my niece an easel. What's a good easel for a smallish three year old?

any other suggestions for an artistic toddler would be welcome as Maddy's b-day is the first week in Jan, and we always get separate presents.

I saw a nice easel at Michaels...I didn't see the price, but if you can use the 40% off coupon, that would be a big plus!

We saw that shopping this afternoon. I was impressed, and will get it for my son when he's big enough. Unfortunately, the easel needs to be shipped, otherwise we'd have bought it on the spot.
