Need Rec for baby doll...

I would like to get a doll for my daughter, who will be 1 at Christmas. She is obessed with my neice's baby doll because it has eyelashes. Are there any dolls that are safe for under 2 that have eyelashes? And not to complicate this search more than necessary but she already has a small white doll (hard face, soft body) from my MIL so I would like something that came in other races.

We got a Corolle Calin Doll for DD's first birthday. They have a nice selection at kidsurplus. Our's has eyelashes and I think there is the "Ethic Pastel" and the "Multi Ethnic" Calin as well as probably some others:
