Sleds for 11 month old and 3.5 year old?

Sorry if this shows up twice. Thought I posted it early but don't see it. Can anyone give me advice on sleds for my boys. I was looking at the wooden LL Bean one for my little one but it doesn't appear to have a seat belt. Anyone know of anything like it with a seatbelt. I had a little plastic model with my older son but it's low to the ground. When you pull it the snow just piles up onto their legs and makes pulling even harder. Was looking for something up off the ground a bit and with a seatbelt.

And what's the best option for my 3.5 year old? His only sledding experience so far has been being pulled around and he's getting too heavy for that! Should I get one of those plastic saucers or something for him?

My almost-4-year-old LOVED the plastic saucers that we used to sled on last winter.

I saw some cool wooden sleds in the Restoration Hardware catalog, and I think in the Magic Cabin catalog.
