Playhut tent or house big enough for two kids?

I want to get my girls a collapsible play tent or play house for Christmas. We have a small Playhut folding tent, which is a great hiding place for one child, but they can't both get in there comfortably. They've been making a lot of forts out of blankets and boxes, but those don't hold up well once my 2 year old gets going. ;)

Does anyone have a playhut structure that comfortably fits two kids? I'm looking at the Megahouse, but that's 5x5 and I think it might seem HUGE in our family room. Is the school house ok for a 5 year old and a 2 year old, do you think?

Have you seen the new Cranium mega fort? They have it on sale at TRU for $39.99. I got my dd one and I know she will love it. She loves to play in empty boxes and make forts over the kitchen table. The great thing is it can be made into so many diff. configurations.

Yes, I've seen that and it looks very cool - but I want something that will go up very quickly. My 5 year old could handle building the fort, but her younger sister isn't ready for that yet, and I want to limit fighting and frustration. ;)

what about this? I know with a lot of playhuts/tents an adult (or 2) has to put it together because of the tubing, and that takes time...

I know this is a bit silly, but we bought this $8 igloo at Ikea, and our two kids love going in and out. Then I take it down at the end of the day. It's 4' x 4'. There's also a mesh window high on the back wall for ventilation.

ETA: There are two segmented poles that run across the top of the igloo. These are the only assembly pieces.
