If you do, is there some sort of button you push to recline the handle? This thing has no directions, and I have been just pushing it back while pressing on the bottom, which works, but it makes a loud sound like I'm forcing it. I've tried pushing all the obvious buttons on the thing, and none of theme seem to release the handle so you can recline it back. Anyone?
