This Activity Cart, branded "Little Tree" and sold at Target, is held together by a million wooden dowels and 4 cam connectors. The cam connectors have a tendency to break, causing the whole cart to fall apart, exposing the wooden dowels and spinning beads as choking hazards to children under 3.
I bought this at my local Target store as a Christmas gift for DS. The cam connectors broke during assembly, so luckily 20 month old DS wasn't exposed to the hazards this item could cause. I ended up dumping it in the garbage rather than deal with Target's neanderthal return policy.
I noticed that this product is on clearance on both Target's and Amazon's websites for about $10 (orig. $20):

It's not worth the money, imo, since it's so unsafe. In fact I reported it as a hazard on CPSC's website. If you own this product, or know someone who does, I would throw it away (or at least discontinue use) and report it here: https://www.cpsc.gov/incident.html
Hopefully CPSC will do something about this before some kid gets seriously injured! Thanks for listening.
