Anyone else have the Chicco 4 in 1 Ride On--What do you think of it?

We got dd this toy for Christmas & I have mixed feeling about it.

Likes:
--High seat back & harness
--DD loves the "control panel"
--Colors & style

Dislikes:
--The seat raises to store items underneath but it only open to a 60 degree angle & dd can't figure it out.
--Front wheels are not fixed making it hard to push dd.
-- Parent push handle is flimsy.
--Hard to push on carpet
--Foot rests keep retracking

I bought it from our local Right Start in November. If they allow me to return it (30 days have past) I can probably only get merchandise credit :(

Anyone have it? I would love to hear what you & your dc think about it.

DS has this Chicco car and LOVES it. He has played with it literally every single day for the past 1.5 years (he's almost 3).
