Thomas the Train Lego Sets-Looking for the Water Tank one

Earlier this fall in Walmart I saw a Thomas the Train Lego/Duplo set that had a water tank that actually held water...Now I can't find it anywhere. It was around $50. Anyone know which set I'm talking about? Thanks!

Was it definitely a Lego/Duplo set? I'm only asking because I just bought this one at Target on clearance:

It's Thomas and the water tower actually works and steam comes out, but it's TOMY, not a Lego/Duplo one. FWIW I found it for $9.72, normally $38.89. Don't know if that's the one you were looking for (and I didn't need it either. DS doesn't even know who Thomas is, but I figure he might someday and/or it could be a good b-day gift for someone, right?).

I'm guessing it's perhaps the Tomy one, too. We have the whole set of Lego Duplo and none of them have a water tower.
