ISO a porcelain doll for me

I am looking for a porcelain doll that wears baby clothes that I can change. I know it probably sounds weird but I have some clothes of the girls that are really special to me and I thought dressing up a doll would be a cute way to show the clothes.

You might try a search for Franklin Mint dolls. They're doing a lot of Vinyl dolls that look like real newborns, but they initially did some in porceline. The vinyl collector dolls are gorgeous, too, though and might work for you. They are not meant to be played with, so the quality is probably higher than play dolls I think.
