Has anyone seen a setup like this pottery barn one?

Its for an entry way. I just saw it in the catalog and love it. But at $1500 its a bit expensive for us. Has anyone seen anything like this for cheaper? Maybe from Ikea or Target? I know this is not a toy question, but I just had to ask as we would love something like this to keep all the coats and gloves, etc. orginized.
