I think it's ingenious, if it's comfortable... Just wondering what you thought if you've used it!

I have not but my neighbor did. She has a boy that is 4 and a girl 2. She was able to use it for her son, but now that they are working on their Daughter they can't b/c their son is afraid it is going to fall and hit he "winky". I think maybe it fell once and scared him so now he is terrified...

She is very disappointed because she loved using it with him...

I just noticed your daughter is named Corinne, that was the name I wanted to use for my DD#2. I was outvoted by DD#1 and DH, but I love that name it is a classic. I

Thanks for your help! I actually just found a version in a Target away from home for $20, but they were out of stock, so now I'm on a mission to find one! :) Unfortunately, they didn't have the tag, so I couldn't get a UPC code to make my life easier, but I'm determined now, especially since I've heard a good review! :)

Corinne was my maternal grandmother's name ("Cuh-rihn" not "Cor-een" - I'm never sure if people are saying it correctly in their heads! :) :) :)) and she was very very special to me. I was thrilled to have a girl while my Grampa was still alive so he could meet her. He just adores her (as you could imagine!). :)

We have the $20 Target version. I posted the DCPI info in another thread a while back. If I have time to check later, I'll post it again.

Anyways, we love it. It works much better than the flip-n-flush that we had previously because the potty seat fits flush into the toilet seat lid. That way when adults use the normal potty, you don't have something sticking out to bump your back.

There shouldn't be any problem with the potty seat falling down with the Target version. There are two clips that you can move up and down to secure the potty seat into the toilet seat lid. We actually removed the clips to make it easier for DD1 to pull down the potty seat when needed.

Everyone who comes to our house likes it too! Highly recommended.

ETA: Here's the info I posted in the old thread (http://tinyurl.com/3xezzy):

"They were in the bathroom fixtures section with all the other toilet seats. They seemed to be some kind of generic Target brand, and there were a few different styles of white toilet seats, including these with an extra potty seat insert. I just looked for my receipt and found that we bought them in August last year, so I guess it's possible Target no longer carries the toilet seat. Here's the item number from my receipt: 097080704. Each seat was $19.99."
