I recently bought one from Home Depot for much cheaper, maybe $30? But I don't know what would make one better or more expensive than the other...

We've got one that I bought online from, um, One Step Ahead I think. It was about the same price (duh, didn't think to look at HD or Lowes). We haven't had a chance to use it yet (and hope we never do!), but it looks to be a similar design and pretty easy to use.

I'd check out a local hardware store first like the PP suggested, then you can at least see first hand what other options there are.
