Toy Detectives - I Need You

I was watching the clip from Good Morning America this morning about the family who got kicked off the AirTran plane because their three year old was having a tantrum. Part of clip included snips of home movies showing the child playing happily at home. One of the toys she was playing with was a very tall skinny tube toy that appeared to shoot soft balls out of the top of the tube and the child ran around trying to catch the balls with a net. Does anyone know the name of this toy? I think my DD would really enjoy something like this.
