Sesame and Me personalized book kit - Is it any good?

I found a Sesame and Me personalized book kit on clearance at Target this weekend for ~$11. I bought it but now I'm wondering if it's worth it. Has anyone tried this? What did you think?

It was on a small clearance endcap near the children's books. There were probably 5 or 6 of them there.
