Best lawn mower?

Most of the lawn mowers I've seen are really made for indoor use--crazy I know! They don't have the wheel clearance needed for grass. Any recommendations? The best I've seen is the Tiny Tikes Mulching mower but it's $25. Anyone have it and is it worth the price?
