I'm looking for bedding for my daughter who is 2 year old and is about to move to her big girl bed. I have searched the web, but couldn't find much, it seems that there is a lot for cribs, but after that, it is hard to find. I do not want anything disney or any other character. So far, the one I like best is from kukunest.com but I would like to see a few more before I decide. Also, for an extra challenge, I can't really buy a set because her bed is somewhere between a twin and a full, so the fitted sheets won't fit.

(I have posted this also in Oh Canada, but I thought I might have more luck here as there is more activity on this board)

Any suggestions?

I found bedding I and DD liked at Pottery Barn Teen (yes, for our 2 year old). It's pretty, girly, pink and purple, and isn't too "little girl" so it should last a while. Plus, I could buy just the pieces I wanted (only needed a duvet and shams/cases). And I found it at the outlet, so saved a TON of $$ (if you're in Windsor, there's a PB outlet in Michigan). Here's a link to the set we have (ebay, since it's been discontinued, but NOT my auction): http://cgi.ebay.com/Pottery-Barn-PB-Teen-Rally-Plaid-Set-2-Cases-PINK_W0QQitemZ130099733113QQihZ003QQcategoryZ43397 QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem.

Just my long winded way of saying you might want to look outside the traditional baby/kid stores or sites to find bedding.

I love the bedding at Land of Nod! You can also try Pottery Barn Kids, and the Amy Coe line at Target.

We got our DD bedding at Company Kids. They have some really cute sets and we've been happy with hers. She gets lots of compliments on her room - bright and cheery!

I found DD's bedding at a combo of Homegoods, TJMaxx and Marshalls. (So probably Winners in Canada?) I did have to search a few stores to get the set of quilt, 2 valences, 2 throw pillows. I was on a mission to get it all! :-) I never did find the sham or bedskirt, but I used generic white eyelet for those and it's really cute.

Is it an extra long twin? Lands End has some things in that size. Even if they don't they do have nice sheets.

Javis Davis is a small company in Fair Hope, Alabama. I ordered Crib bedding there for DD#2 and will be able to keep the pillows and valences b/c the make "big girl bedding" from the fabric I choose for her crib. I really was pleased with this company, they did a great job and were willing to work with any fabric even if it wasn't in the specific group I choose. Their prices were very reasonable, actually cheap for custom crib bedding... Here is a link to their site, have a peek...
