ISO water fountain attachment for bathroom faucets (for kids)

I know I saw this in some catalog like OSA but now I can't find it. It is an attachment for your bathroom sink faucet that turns it into a water fountain so kids can drink from it instead of wasting lots of little paper cups. Any ideas?

We have a little plastic one that cost a few bucks. When it's open the water flows normally but when you snap the bottom closed the water flows upward like a fountain.

I'm not sure where it came from though, my dad bought it. It's put away right now so I couldn't tell you more.

I just looked at it this weekend! :-) It looks like you have to take some measurements, and they are veyr specific about returns on opened packages, so I'd make sure it fits your faucet. But it is only $2.99, so if it doesn't fit it isn't too big of a deal.
