Which play kitchen should I ask FIL to make?

My FIL's hobby is woodworking, and he's getting pretty good. They live six hours away, and so they don't get to see us too often. I'm thinking this'd be a great project for him for Corinne's 3rd birthday (Nov) or Christmas.

I like the tall cupboard/pantry in the white. And I like that there is an oven door under the stove on the white. Other than that, I think they are both fantastic. What a great idea!
