? about anywhere chair inserts on ebay

For those of you who have successfully bid on an insert on ebay, can you tell me if they come assembled or not? There are some that look like it's just the foam inserts and others that appear to have the foam with a layer of light padding over the insert that's been fully assembled. Does it make a difference or do they come the same way and it's just the picture that is different? Just want to be sure of what I may be bidding on. Thanks in advance.

Ours came in a PBK box, unassembled. Really though, you can't assemble them until you have the cover because they really just slip into the cover... The cover has velcro straps (I think, it's been awhile) to hold them in place.

The one picture probably just has it laid out but it isn't truly assembled.
