Anyone have costco Princess playhouse?

Anyone have this playhouse? It does seem a bit over the top but with the table and umbrella it seems like a decent price compared to the Little Tykes homes.

We are buying a new home and want to get DDs a little playhouse. Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Haven't seen that one, but I did see this Kidkraft playhouse at Costco over the weekend. I believe it was $299 (or maybe $399--sorry, I can't remember exactly, but it was one or the other), and it seemed like a good deal considering it is made of weather resistant wood. Seemed sturdy and looked nice.
