ISO child's ID tag site

A while back there was a thread about ID tags and there was a site mentioned that sold tags like the one shown below, but in much smaller sizes for things like kid's shoes. I'm coming up with mountains of non-relavant threads when I try doing a search--does anyone remember the website or thread I'm talking about?

it might have been me. i got mine from www.boomerangtags.com. i think they're mostly meant for pets, but you can put whatever info you want on them. their 3/8 inch "collartags" fit on shoelaces, their 3/8 inch and 5/8 inch "split" collartags fit on leather/velcro sandal straps of varying widths. for our upcoming disney trip i adapted the mini kitty face tag (in their stainless tags section) with a small lobster claw type clasp (beading section at michaels)on his crocs. ours just have his first name and both our cell numbers based on a suggestion i read here.

Can someone post a link to the thread talking about the id tags here? I must have missed it, but I would be intersted in getting something for my son too. Maybe with a medical symbol on it or something although the ones above look good too.

I have been searching the BBB archives forever trying to find the thread
regarding the child ID tags but I have not had any luck!!

I remember that being able to go through the shoelaces on the kids gym
shoes. You put it across the straight part of the shoelaces down near
the toe.

I'm fairly certain it wasn't the Boomerang Tags. I know that these ID tags
were specifically geared for children as an ID tag.

Does anyone else remember??

Yes, exactly! I spent a good hour searching for it yesterday and couldn't find the thread. I know you're thinking of the exact same thing I am Corie! At least I know it's not in my imagination now! ;) Off to do some more searching...

These tags would be great for my daughter's shoes since she has
laces. And, the website says that it also works on velcro straps
so my son can use it too! Great!!

LOL, this wasn't the one I pictured in my mind, but I did see this while googling for tags.

Did you see anywhere on the site where it shows how they work with velcro? I notice it is either shoelace or velcro as the option when you go to buy, but I didn't see any examples of the velcro attachment.
