Willow kitchens

Since there is a BBB coop going on for the Willow kitchens I was thinking of getting one for my grandsons second BD. Does anyone have one and what do you think?

Also I was leaning towards the Target one that they reduced to $59. Does anyone have that one?

We have the Ivy kitchen and love it. I had originally bought the kitchen from Target as well...but decided to return it after reading some reviews about what a pain it was to assemble.

We went with Willow and are very happy. Yes, it costs more, but it is such a solid piece of wood -- it's like comparing apples to oranges, in my opinion.

No prior experience with wooden kitchens, but we just got our Ivy and I love it. Well, more importantly, Kaya loves it. She's been playing with it a lot and I can see how well made it is. The only thing I wish were that the oven and cabinet had a separated wall. But then again, Kaya loves stuffing everything in there to "wash" so maybe it's jsut as well that there's no wall. I love that it's an oven, but she's decided that sometimes it's a dishwasher and she stuffs as much as she can down there so they can be washed. :P Can you tell that she likes helping me load our dishwasher?

I got an email that mine is shipping this week. Yeah!

I was thinking of putting one of those wooden Melissa and Doug wooden boxes that the play food comes on and putting wheeled sliders on the bottom like sliding drawers. That way it's similar to the dishwasher.

Oh.. I can't wait for ours to come in.

Did anyone else order?

We ordered and ours is shipping this week as well. We got Liam's kitchen and Devin's fridge (apparently it matches the plainer lines of Liam's kitchen better than the Willow fridge).

I ended up getting this kitchen since I got such a great price on it. I ran into a local toy store and these were in the clearance section.The stoce and sink was $70.00 and the Fridge was $50.00 Couldn't resist. I do love the Willow Kitchen though.
