toy bin/bookshelf combo

I am interested in buying some sort of toy bin/bookshelf combo. I like this one because it seems like it will be easy for DS to neatly put away his large picture books by himself. Currently, we have a small 2nd hand bookshelf in his room, but large picture books don't really fit in well.

However, has anyone seen anything similar to this in different colors? I think these bright colors would look really weird with the rest of the decor in his room (and I am not really picky about these things!) I would like to find one in pastel shades, but not only pink/purple (also blue, yellow, etc.) Has anyone seen one, or are there any other ideas for storing large picture books?

We have that style thing from Target but without the book holder. I'm always happily surprised at how much it can hold. :)

I have just been stacking the books that are too tall to fit vertically. The myake nice book ends. :)

Try IKEA. I originally saw one similar to the one you linked to at Target, but then checked out IKEA's web site. It's called the TROFAST system, and it comes in either white or pine. Best of all, you can mix and match the plastic bins that it holds. There's 4 different sizes of bins and at least 4 different colors to choose from. Plus, you can also buy lids for the bins or shelves (in place of the bins.) Check it out...

I bought this exact system from Michael's with a 40% off coupon. And they did have it in pastel colors. I bought the primary so I can't tell you what the exact colors were, but you can check it out.

It doesn't have the same type of shelf system for your books, but the bins are nice and the colors might work better. It's also nice that if you need the shelf space for larger toys it works for that too.

I did not order mine from Target, but can't remember where I did get it. It's very sturdy and we like it a lot.
