I just bought this on amazon.com last week for $13 with free shipping. It sold out in minutes, but still. That shipping on ebay is so much, but it is a huge box. You can get it at amazon now through a third party seller for 60 after shipping, but maybe there are better deals.

What is the actual house called and why did I not know about it on Amazon for $13!!!!

I am torn between a PLAN doll house and the PBK Westport. I may hold out for the one at PBK. It is SO pretty! Just wish it had a more open floorplan so more then 1 kid could play with it at a time.

Oh but that auction does include furniture and toys. I'd say go for it. The furniture and dolls add up quickly.
